Addressing visible rust beneath the existing finish
Visible rust was present beneath the existing wallcovering on the operable partition panel surfaces. Removing the existing finish allows the affected surfaces to be prepared, treated, and made ready for recovery.

The restoration scope includes removal of the existing wallcovering, rust removal and abatement, application of rust-inhibiting primer, installation of micro-perforated Phillip Jeffries wallcovering, and a comprehensive system inspection.
